What's new in version 1.03 of JFReq?
------------------------------------
* Full support of Remote Access 2.50
* Added full support of T-Mail mailer
* On-line program execution support
* Sending of MYPOINTS.FRQ template to local points
What's new in version 1.02 of JFReq?
------------------------------------
* Maximus 3.0x support
* Optional carbon copy of the messages sent to the local sysop
* Nicer LOG information
* Added free file area support for Maximus 3, Remote Access, Alias list
and Internal Index. To define a free file area in Maximus 3 and RA,
read the corresponding manual. To use a free Alias, add a '$' to the
alias name (e.g. FILES$). In order to have a free area in the JFReq
Internal File Index, define the area with an access level of 0.
* Added SRIF support. To use it, you only have to pass two parameters to
JFReq:
JFREQ /SRIF <srif info file>
you can use /MDS instead of /SRIF to indicate that you are using
MainDoor in SRIF mode.
* Changed Statistics system. You MUST run STCONV.COM to update your
statistics files before using this version.
Added Crash FREQ detection. If a system requests a file that has
already ordered today, it is sent as a free file. It is automatically
activated if you activate statistics.
* Now, JFReq can send TIC description files for each file sent. In order
to use this feature, the requesting system must use the following
macros in each request:
%TIC=<file echo> to activate TIC files and specify the
file echo area
%PWD=<password> to specify a password to include in the
TIC file
Those macros must be sent as it they were files to request.
* Changed FNAMES.DAT processing. Now you must specify a full filename,
and wildcards are accepted.
